Despite the sad news that Rhino Club suffered from a fire on 13 March, Listed hears they’re going to be back and bigger than ever when they reopen!
Thankfully nobody was hurt in the fire, and plans are already underway to refit and improve the venue, making it better than ever.
When Rhino reopens you can expect your favourite mid-week nights, including student favourite Let’s Kill Disco, Dubstep/ DNB Institution Wax, plus a brand new Thursday night. Rewind will continue as normal on Fridays serving up the finest urban beats around.
Meanwhile on Saturdays Rhino will reopen with flagship Saturday night, Warehouse, an underground dance music party featuring some very special big-name guest DJs. With some of the htotest names in clubland gracing the Rhino decks, expect quality house, electro, breaks and beyond in Southampton’s original underground club venue.
Over the last 20 years Rhino has hosted everyone from Fatboy Slim and Carl Cox to Krafty Kuts, Stanton Warriors, Skream and Erol Alkan – not to mention former resident James Zabiela.
