This year, Christchurch-based Keith Motors was the only dealership in the South West to receive an RAC award for its Service Workshop Quality Programme.

The award was achieved through quality checks carried out between January 2010 and January 2011 - the RAC arriving unannounced at the dealership and randomly picking any car serviced or repaired that day.

Keith Motors received a 100% pass rate on all checks carried out and the audit complies with Ford Motor Company Premium Status.

The award was presented to Keith Motors by Ford’s South West regional business manager, Andy Sanders, to recognise this outstanding achievement.
