The Big Gig is back at the Nuffield Theatre on Saturday 14 January, and this time it’s bolder and better than ever.

Every year, Southampton’s Nuffield Theatre throws a laughter-based lifeline to humour-hungering hordes everywhere, with a range of headline acts coming together in an attempt to tickle your funny bone.

The line up for the event has had Listed hyperventilating with anticipatory excitement; supporting star of sitcoms Rev and The Thick Of It, Miles Jupp (right), is headlining the bill, along with Josh Widdicombe, Doc Brown and MC Jarred Christmas.

With such a wealth of entertainers performing, the Nuffield theatre really is the post-crimbo, comedy cure-all...
