Internationally-acclaimed artist Kathryn Thomas is opening up her studio to the public to show off her latest exhibition, ‘Skylights 2011’ at West Quay House in Poole, from 29 October to 13 November.

Kathryn finds inspiration in nature particularly natural light, how it changes with the weather and in turn, how those changes affect the landscapes and the way we perceive them.
Her artistic vision also journeys beyond the horizon and into space with stunning paintings based on the aurora borealis, the galaxies and the planets. These 45 atmospheric, beautiful oil paintings are a must-see, certainly considering the exhibition is entirely free!
